The Gold Coast Video Camera Club came into life 29 years ago. We are based at the Gold Coast in Queenland Australia.
Our club meetings are twice a month with mini workshops where we discuss individual videos or watch the latest member videos.
We often hear questions from interested video enthusiasts about how we present our videos. The simple answer is: just load your video on a memory stick and it will be played back on our Ultra High Definition, 75 inch TV - no DVD burning required. It's that easy.
Our club members are a helpful bunch and any help you need to make videos will be at your finger tips. Just give us a call on:
07-5534 4485, mob. 0409 269 106 or send us an
email.
We are looking forward to welcome you at our next club meeting at:

Education
Why not document family events, create a legacy short film about a person, or memorize a holiday trip and pass it on to future generations. They will love it.
Creating a video is fun and a rewarding experience. Our families and friends are always exited to watch our latest videos from our holiday excursions; frankly, they can't get enough of it. Twice a year we organize competitons and present our videos to a larger audience. In our Alvin Award Competion our videos are judged by 3 independend jugdges and trophies are presented for best three videos.
For the Nature Night Competition our club members enter mostly nature associated videos taken in Australia and from around the world. Some very exciting footage can be watched in this competition. The audience will be the judge and choose the winner.
You are free to attend our regular workshops where you will learn to get your videos ready for your viewers. Our new members are happily supported by the "old hands" to learn the tools of the trade so you can make videos everyone will like.
think of a little story and present your masterpiece to your family and friends
